Step 1 - Leave off milk and any of the diary products out of your diet.

Then the others ate a high glycemic diet containing candies, sugars, and soda and were made the control group.
The males of the treatment group ate high protein foods like poultry, lean meat, or fish and to also eat whole grain foods such as whole wheat bread. They also ate fruit.
This study took place over a 12 week period and the results showed that in the treatment group the acne outbreaks had decreased more than in that of the control group. This treatment group have significant changes in their hormonal markers of the acne too.
Step 3 - Take a good quality supplement that has been designed for acne.
People that suffer with acne often find the have a deficiency in many important minerals and vitamins such as Zinc, Selenium, and Vitamin A. But don't go out and buy the first, cheapest vitamin you come across, these may be made of poor quality ingredients.
These poor ingredients make the body unable to absorb the nutrients correctly. It has been found the selenium in organic forms can absorb fully into your body. This compared to the selenium that is inorganic in nature which is only absorbed about halfway by the body.
